I started going to First Class OBGYN in October 2023. I have been seen by several physicians and I just happened to be seen by Dr. Hoke by chance since Dr Wehbe was called into the hospital. I haven’t seen another physician since. The practice can use a lot of work on their front desk employees. Always chatty, inappropriate conversations, very dismissive towards patients, my FMLA documents have been incorrectly filled out almost every time. This is the first practice I’ve been too that does not call the patient when they are filling out the paperwork. Dr. Jen literally gave them a note with the necessary dates and the notes that should be put on the documents and of course the dates were wrong and when I called they couldn’t find my forms because another patients forms was uploaded into my chart. Pure negligence. When the dates were finally corrected they didn’t include in my notes that I was suffering from postpartum depression. This obviously did not help my anxiety. Dr. Hoke makes up for all of the nonsense that goes on. She is and will always be my first choice. She is the practices saving grace. She is the only reason why I chose to continue to been seen at First Class. She delivered my baby on 1/17/25 and has always been attentive and catered to my needs. I’ve always felt seen and heard and she takes every concern of mine seriously. If I could give zero stars I would but due to Dr. Hoke being amazing I give her 5 Stars but the practice overall a 0.

Súper complacida con la atención del doctor Rolando Morell. La mayor satisfacción fue pasar 9 meses yendo a consulta con él, recibir sus cuidados y sugerencias y ya luego llegar a la consulta de postpartum y que el recibiera a nuestro bebé con una sonrisa. Súper recomendado

Excelente...! Muy Profesional. Dr. ROLANDO. La atención dentro de la consulta muy buena. Los tiempo de espera se han mejorando mucho. Esperamos que se mejore respecto al tiempo de espera cada día. Dr Jennifer Garcia is the definition of a caring physician. She does this work because she cares. I don't go to any other doctor in the office (not to say they are not good as well). I just know, first hand, she is AMAZING!! Dr Jennifer Garcia is stuck with me! :)
